We are interested in candidates with business majors, we are open to candidates with any academic majors as long as you are willing to work hard, have a good attitude, and learn and grow with us. You will spend the first few weeks studying intensely under the guidance of experienced managers who have been fairly successful in the industry. Responsibility
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance in the operations of the sales, managing the sales team, and driving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Grow business, perform internet research and build long-term customer relationships.
- Constant outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups are required
- Travell inside and outside valley and overall, responsible for the sales function inside and outside of the valley
- Maintaining relationships with senior officials of various schools, colleges, institutions by collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners
- Understand marketplace trends and negotiate competitive rates resulting in high yields.
- Be in charge of generating revenue, and generating walk-ins in addition to overall profitability
- Work with all internal and external stakeholders to support our growth and marketing strategy.
- Assist in the back-end functions when necessary.
- Should report to the seniors on daily basis
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
Following qualifications must be fullfilled;
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in any academic major.
- Highly motivated and focused on results.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and market trends.
- Must be willing to travel inside and outside the valley.
- Strong persuasion, listening, marketing, and customer service skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- High energy, with a passion for prospecting and building relationships.
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
