Responsibility
The Delivery Rider will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages, food, or other items to customers in a timely and professional manner. The Rider will need to be familiar with local roads and traffic patterns and have the ability to use a GPS device to navigate and follow delivery instructions.
- Pick up and deliver packages, food, or other items to customers within a designated area.
- Verify delivery instructions and ensure accurate and timely delivery of items.
- Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documentation and maintain accurate records of deliveries with payment receipts.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
- Ability to use a GPS device to navigate and follow delivery instructions.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
