Develop & help maintain new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact. Schedule appointments to meet with potential clients. Developing and implementing marketing strategies. Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and target markets.

Responsibility
Roles and Responsibilities Includes
- Understanding the company's different strategic units and stay well-informed of industry trends.
- Organizing market research and apply insights to optimize marketing approaches.
- Travell inside and outside valley and overall, responsible for the marketing function inside and outside of the valley.
- Tracks company’s sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars for the products.
- Be in charge of generating revenue, and generating walk-ins in addition to overall profitability.
- Answers questions from clients about our products and service benefits.
- Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. Conduct market research and identify consumer trends in the market.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests from Management.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Manages relationships with external vendors and customers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
- Should report to the seniors on daily basis.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
Following qualifications must be fullfilled;
- Bachelor’s degree in management (preferably Master's Degree specialization in HR/Marketing).
- The candidate should have a proven track record of successful outcomes (Experience shall be preffered).
- A valid driver's license holder who owns a minimum two wheeler vehicle.
- Must be willing to travel inside and outside the valley.
Other Specifications
- Excellent communication skills and networking.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including Social media management and content creation.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
